To prevent any incidents, please only burn candles for 3 hours at a time. Candle instructions are on the bottom of each candle and a candle care card is included with your purchase. Follow these instructions for safer and longer candle use.

Our current "guaranteed" processing times are 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING. Most orders will be processed and ship within 1-3 business days, however, to manage expectations we do not guarantee processing sooner than 3-5 business days.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to BOUJEE LIFESTYLE WORLDWIDE LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. BOUJEE LIFESTYLE WORLDWIDE LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

BOUJEE LIFESTYLE WORLDWIDE LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BOUJEE LIFESTYLE WORLDWIDE LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase with us at myboujeelifestyle@gmail.com. While we are more than happy to help find a more than fair solution if you have any issue with your order, we are not able accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of cosmetics. Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed, if requests are processed before the order has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Products

If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us myboujeelifestyle@gmail.com. Please submit a photo image of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
